Beloved just as there is no man who succeeds alone so also no leaders is truly defined as a lone ranger. Whenever one is seen to be alone as a leaders with no team or followers, that will be a true example of what leadership shouldn’t be.
Mark 3:14-15Mark 3:14-15

Jesus showed us that even as God in the flesh with the responsibility of saving humanity/creation from sin and the devastating effects of the fall of man, He never did it alone.
The question today is, Where is your team? Where are your followers?
The quality and not quantity of your team makes the quality of your results. Responsibility leadership goes beyond the level of the importance planning to delegation.
When delegating you will have to seek discipline, values and the attitude that focuses your passion for greater impact and make every new day count …..Delegation but be for you first before others.
God bless you beyond your expeditions today and make what was lost to be restored before the week runs out in Jesus name.
